Delete your account
You can do the following to delete your data:
• Permanently delete your account.
If you delete your Esper account, you will lose access to all Esper mobile applications.
You will also lose your rights on the system, such as sharing login information, searching and sending messages, creating or posting information, between your account and the different Esper mobile applications.
• How to permanently delete your account
Log in to the system
Click your profile picture at the top right of Esper, then click your profile picture at the top right of the "My Card" page or click the menu and select "My Profile"
Click the "Delete Account" icon on the "My Information" page
Click "Continue" on the "Confirmation of deletion of your account" page
Follow the on-screen instructions to delete your account
How long will it take to delete your data?
If you request that we delete your account or content, we may take up to 90 days to delete your account or content on your account. After receiving the request, we may take up to another 90 days to permanently delete your account or content on your account from backup, where it cannot be restored.
